Yogurt pizza crust

Once you start making this pizza crust you will be enjoy eating delicious pizza in 30-35 minutes . Once you try this recipe you will choose it every time you crave pizza .

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup bread flour

  • 1 cup yogurt ( low fat or skimmed )

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • extra flour

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions :

  • In a food processor put yogurt , salt and baking powder

  • Add flour and start operating the food processor and add extra flour if needed gradually while operating the food processor until dough is formed

  • On a floured surface knead the dough for 2 minutes

  • Brush a medium non sticky round oven tray with oil and spread your dough evenly with your fingers

  • Yogurt pizza dough is ready to add your favourite toppings

  • Bake in very hot oven in lower shelf for 10-12 minutes and pizza top is perfect

  • This pizza crust is thin and crispy
