Overnight Oates apples dry mango breakfast
This is a fast prepare ahead breakfast which will boost your energy and immune system to start an active day .
Ingredients :
1/2 cup rolled Oates
1 cup yogurt ( 170 gm )
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1 apple chopped
1 banana chopped
30 gm dried mango
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions :
Mix yogurt , milk and chia seeds
add chopped fruits to the yogurt mix
cover and keep in the fridge overnight
This recipe can live fresh in the fridge for 3 days
