Overnight Oates apples dry mango breakfast

This is a fast prepare ahead breakfast which will boost your energy and immune system to start an active day .

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup rolled Oates

  • 1 cup yogurt ( 170 gm )

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1 apple chopped

  • 1 banana chopped

  • 30 gm dried mango

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions :

  • Mix yogurt , milk and chia seeds

  • add chopped fruits to the yogurt mix

  • cover and keep in the fridge overnight

This recipe can live fresh in the fridge for 3 days
