Egyptian egg herbs pie ( egga )
This recipe is quick mix and super healthy . You can add pizza top on it or add some mozzarella cheese to make variations of this nice recipe .
Ingredients :
4 eggs
2 tablespoon flour
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 cups fresh parsley chopped
2 cups fresh coriander chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black peppers
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dry coriander
Instructions :
In a large bowl mix eggs , spices and flour well
Add the rest of ingredients except oil and mix well
Brush a medium oven tray with oil
Spread the mixture evenly
At this step you can add tomatoes , cheese , pizza toppings or any additives you like but baking it without additives is really deliciouse
Bake in moderately high heat ( 200 c ) tell edges are brown then grill the surface if needed
