Choc Oates carrot cakes

Healthy eating is not humble at all .These cakes are perfect healthy breakfast with your favorite hot drink and a delicious snack between meals .

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup rolled Oates

  • 1 cup Oates flour

  • 5 eggs

  • 3 banana over rip

  • 2 tablespoon cocoa

  • 2 tablespoon stevia

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 40 gram grated dark chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions :

  • In a blender place Banana , eggs ,oil , cocoa , stevia and vanilla extract and blend will

  • In a large bowl mix Oates both kinds and baking powder then add the egg banana mixtur and mix well with wooden spoon

  • add grated chocolate and mix well

  • In non adhesive oven tray pour the cake mixture and bake in moderate oven ( 180 c ) for 20 minutes
