Banana carrots oates breakfast
This recipe is a combination of important nutritional elements like calcium , potassium and vitamin A
ingredients :
1 large banana chopped
1 cup greek yogurt low fat
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1 carrot shredded
1 tablespoon walnuts or macadamia
1 table spoon muesli of your choice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey ( or stevia )
Instructions :
In a glass jar mix yogurt , milk , honey , carrots and cinnamon and keep the mixture covered for an hour or in the fridge overnight
before serving top the yogurt mixture with fresh banana , muesli and walnuts
