Banana carrots oates breakfast

This recipe is a combination of important nutritional elements like calcium , potassium and vitamin A

ingredients :

  • 1 large banana chopped

  • 1 cup greek yogurt low fat

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1 carrot shredded

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts or macadamia

  • 1 table spoon muesli of your choice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon honey ( or stevia )

Instructions :

  • In a glass jar mix yogurt , milk , honey , carrots and cinnamon and keep the mixture covered for an hour or in the fridge overnight

  • before serving top the yogurt mixture with fresh banana , muesli and walnuts
